Five tools that work without an account

The five free tools run in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to Xerion unless you create an account and press Save. The whole tool works, not a cut-down demo. Saving, and picking your work up again on another device, needs a free account.

Sheet Cut Optimiser

Give it the sheet size, blade kerf and your parts list. It works out the fewest sheets of plywood, MDF or melamine, shows the offcut percentage, and prints a colour-coded cutting diagram with a cut list to take to the saw.

Draw walls, doors, windows and furniture on a one-foot grid. Rooms are detected automatically with their floor areas, dimension lines measure themselves, and the plan exports as a paper or blueprint-style PNG.

Without an account, and with one

Without an account

  • The five tools work in full: the cutting diagram, the 3D deck, the floor plan, the model, the map. The one exception is Blueprint Designer's 3D walkthrough, which needs a saved plan.
  • Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type or draw is sent to Xerion.
  • Print or download what you make: cutting plans and materials lists print, and the floor plan, model and map export as PNG.
  • Nothing is kept for you. Close the tab and the work is gone. If you click Create free account or Log in part way through, this browser keeps the work for 24 hours and the tool brings it back when you return.

With a free account

Every new account starts a 7-day free trial of every tool. No payment card is needed to start. The trial starts when you confirm your email address, not when you fill in the form. An account adds:

  • Saved work you can come back to on any device
  • Your business details, logo and clients entered once and reused across quotes, invoices, receipts and contracts
  • Document history with statuses: draft, sent, paid, overdue
  • Connections between tools, like turning an accepted quote into an invoice and importing paid invoices into bookkeeping
  • A dashboard you arrange yourself, plus Ctrl+K search across every tool
