By creating an account or using Xerion ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Xerion is currently in private beta. Features, tools, and functionality may change, be added, or be removed without notice. The Service is provided "as is" during this period, and we make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Beta accounts require a license key. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you create using Xerion's tools (documents, financial data, client records, and similar). You're solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you enter, including anything used for invoicing, proposals, or financial recordkeeping - Xerion's tools are aids, not professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available, particularly during the beta period. We recommend exporting important data periodically via Export My Data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xerion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, business interruption, or reliance on tool output (calculations, generated documents, or estimates).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@xerionsoft.net.
