How it works
Rather than handing you a blank page, the builder assembles a document from clauses: scope, schedule, deposit, payment plan, changes to the work, cancellation, ownership of the finished work, confidentiality, warranty, liability limits and more. Pick the type of agreement, tick the clauses that apply, and the form only asks for the blanks those clauses actually use. Any blank you have not filled is highlighted in the preview, and the document reads as one coherent agreement rather than a stack of pasted paragraphs.
