Managing your notification preferences

You can control which emails and in-app notifications you receive from your account menu (top right) then Notification Settings.

From there you can turn on or off things like support ticket updates, proposal status changes, and whether the notification bell in the top navigation lights up for new activity.

This page stays reachable even if your trial has ended or your account is between licenses, so you never lose the ability to manage how you are contacted.
