Submitting a Support Ticket

Use the Support page to report a bug, suggest a feature, or ask a question.

Creating a ticket

Click "New Ticket," choose a category, and describe the issue in as much detail as you can.

Replies

You will receive an email when there is a reply, and you can reply back directly from the ticket page. Replying to a resolved ticket automatically reopens it.
