Using the Spreadsheet Editor

Last updated July 5, 2026

Using the Spreadsheet Editor

The Spreadsheet Editor gives you a familiar grid (columns A-Z, 50 rows) with support for formulas.

Supported formulas

Basic math (+ - * /) and parentheses for order of operations, cell references like A1, ranges like A1:A10, and the functions SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, MIN, and MAX. Start any formula with an = sign, the same way you would in most spreadsheet software.

Saving

Click Save to save your current sheet. The title field above the grid is editable - click into it to rename your sheet.

Emailing a spreadsheet to yourself

Click Email This To Me to send your sheet as a formatted table by email - leave the address blank to send it to your account email, or enter a different one. Only cells that actually contain data are included, laid out to match what you see in the editor.
