Redeeming a license key
If you already have a license code - whether you just bought one, received one as a gift, or are switching it to a new account - here is how to activate it.
- Log in to the account you want the license applied to.
- Click your account name in the top right, then Redeem License. (This option only shows up if your account does not already have a license applied.)
- Enter the code exactly as it was given to you, then click Activate.
Once redeemed, that license is permanently tied to your account - full access, no trial limits, no expiration.
Common issues
- "That license key was not found" - double-check for typos, especially between 0 (zero) and O, or 1 (one) and I. Codes are case-insensitive.
- "Already been used or revoked" - that code has already been redeemed by another account, or was cancelled. If you believe this is a mistake, contact Support with the code and your purchase details.
