Sharing a document or spreadsheet by email

Both the Document Editor and Spreadsheet Editor have an Email This To Me button in the toolbar, which sends a copy straight to an inbox without needing to export or download anything first.

• Leave the email field blank to send it to your own account email.
• Enter a different address to send it to someone else - a colleague, a client, or a personal address.

These emails are sent from notifications@xerionsoft.net, so if a recipient does not see it right away, it is worth checking a spam or promotions folder for that sender.

To help prevent misuse, there is a daily cap on how many of these you can send. If you hit it, just try again the next day.
